Children and vulnerable people

We publish stories or identifiable images only after an authorised safeguarding review and documented consent. We minimise names, locations and details that could expose a person to harm.

Donor information

Donation details are kept for verification, receipts, accountability and lawful reporting. Public campaign totals never reveal private donor contact information. Donors may choose to appear anonymously.

Payment security

Card and mobile-money credentials are entered on the payment provider’s hosted checkout. PayPal, bank and cryptocurrency gifts use only the official details published through the donation flow. The website records a foundation reference but never stores card numbers, PINs, banking passwords, recovery phrases, OTPs or mobile-money secrets.

Corrections and consent withdrawal

Contact the foundation through its official contact channels to request correction of your information or withdrawal of story consent. Safeguarding requests receive priority review.
